Shipping & returns

Orders are sent 1st class tracked with Royal Mail at a flat rate of £5. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after that, or over the weekend, go out the next working day.

Everything is shipped in plain, discreet outer packaging. Vials and pens are packed with protective wadding and, where required, cool packs to protect the material in transit.

If anything arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the parcel and contents. We will replace the affected items or refund them.

Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item cost, with return postage paid by the customer.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Contact us if you have a research requirement elsewhere and we will let you know what is possible.
